1. One way is a pick and drop taxi service from location A to B.

2. All one way rates are all inclusive i.e. state taxes, toll taxes, green taxes, driver charges are included in price.

3. For small distances(Less than 200 KMS) there will be only one halt for max 20 minutes. Extra time consumed in halts you will be
charged Rs 100/hour.

4. For longer distances(More than 250 KMS) there will be maximum two halts of 20 minutes each. Extra time consumed in halts you
will be charged Rs 100/hour

5. Boarding cab 30 minutes late than your scheduled time, you will be charged Rs 100/ Hour Extra.

6. Travel To Himachal Pradesh shall not be responsible for any miss happening or incident of a booking directly made through the cab driver.

7. The cabs will go through a defined path, moving cabs through other routes is not permitted, any customer doing so will be
charged extra for the longer path and the driver has right to alight you off the cab.

8. The cab would be as promised at the time of booking or the equivalent model.

9. Customers has to pay 50 % amount at the time of boarding the cab.

10. Leaving the cab in the middle of the journey, customer will be charged the whole amount.

11. Driver has right to cancel the booking without any refund if any customer found boarding more passengers than the capacity of
vehicle.

12. If any customer is asking the driver to break the RTO or Traffic rules, the driver has the right to alight you off the cab
without any refund.

13. We do not own any vehicle so Travel To Himachal Pradesh is not responsible for the condition of vehicles and services offered by our vendors.

14. GST @ 5% Extra or GST with ITC 12% Extra

15. In case of Car Break down Cab vender or cab owner responsible for provide other same cab.

16. In case of any conflict these terms & conditions shall apply in priority.

4. If our vehicle breaks down on the way Cab vender or cab owner responsible for provide other same cab within 2 hours depending on the circumstances.

5. Travel To Himachal Pradesh shall not be responsible for any miss happening or incident of a booking directly made through the cab driver.

Travel to Himachal Pradesh & Travels Centre shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Travel to Himachal Pradesh.

11. AC will be switched off in Hill Area only in plain area partial AC will be provided. Full AC on Demand and charges extra.

12. In case of premature departure hoteliers or home stay property holder decision will be final.

13. Cab will only be replaced at the time of pickup, if not satisfied with the cab, within 2-3 hrs. time and on the way it would not be replaced.

14. Driver duty time is 9 am to 6 PM but no restriction during pick and drop time. Night Travelling is not allowed except in emergency. Hotel should not be more than 4-5 KM far from the main city, otherwise extra charges are payable.

21. In case of Hotel room, Camp or Cottage issue Hotel vendor or Hotel owner responsible for provide other same Hotel Room, Camp or Cottage.

22. A customer shall go through the cancellation policy before booking the Volvo Bus Tour Package.

10. Adventure activities provided by Travel to Himachal Pradesh has its share of risk and dangers, especially in respect to the terrain, weather, high altitude, desolate nature. The possibility of slip and falls, getting injured, falling sick, and even death cannot be ruled out.

11. Participants of this Adventure activity or trip should have good health, stamina, and should not hide or misrepresent any fact about the health as a poor state of health can greatly increase the perils that can be incurred on these Adventure activity or trip.

12. To run such a colossal operation, Travel to Himachal Pradesh hires Third Party professionals. Travel to Himachal Pradesh will not be responsible for any harm, loss or damage to your luggage, belongings or self when carried by porters, ponies or vehicles, during the trip, your arrival and departure or stay at the hotel, guest house and Camping Site.

13. Participant should behave in an acceptable manner conducive to group travel. Travel to Himachal Pradesh reserves the right to terminate your trip (if you are found to be causing distress or annoyance to co-travellers, damage property of any supplier, smoking or consumption of alcohol). No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.

14. The rules, regulations and guidelines have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity/trip. Participant must abide by the instructions given by the Trip leader or organiser, their decision will be final and will be binding with respect.

15. Participant safety and enjoyment is Travel to Himachal Pradesh prime concern and we therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure that your trip is trouble–free. Travel to Himachal Pradesh reserves the right to modify activity/trip or part of the trip under circumstances, including but not limiting to, acts of God, road blockage, political unrest, sickness, accidents, events beyond Travel to Himachal Pradesh control etc. Any extra cost arising from such circumstances shall be borne by participant on the spot.

16. Travel to Himachal Pradesh is in no way responsible for any cost related to participant medical care, evacuation during or after the Adventure activity/trip.

17. If Participant not complete trek (Due to any accident, illness, injury), No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.

18. The participation in this Adventure activity/trip is completely voluntary, and Customer fully aware of the risk involved. Customer will not hold Travel to Himachal Pradesh wholly or partly responsible in case of any accident, illness, injury or death on this activity/trip.

19. 27. In case of Hotel room, Camp or Cottage issue Hotel vendor or Hotel owner responsible for provide other same Hotel Room, Camp or Cottage.

28. A customer shall go through the cancellation policy before booking the Event Package.

29. In case of any conflict these terms & conditions shall apply in priority.

1. The Cancellation can be done over the email. All cancellation to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking.
2. No cancellations will be made on special occasions or offers as these are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellation is not possible.
